Preferred Payment Methods

Bank transfer, standing order, debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. A trial lesson can be paid for individually. If we decide to continue after this trial lesson you can choose to carry on paying as you go weekly, or for a number of weeks in advance. Unfortunately I do not accept cheques. Payments must be on or before the day of the lesson.

Payments via credit/debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay can be made here. For bank transfer details, please contact me.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes important things come up that are unavoidable and I aim to rearrange cancelled lessons whenever possible, so I do not charge for cancellations if I have been given reasonable notice (24 hours). As a courtesy I do ask that if I have turned up to the lesson and then it is cancelled, that the fee is still paid so that I am not left out of pocket due to my lost time, as I could have booked another student to take the free slot if I had been given sufficient notice. For block bookings there is no refund for cancellations e.g. if you pay for a block of lessons in advance and then decide to discontinue lessons before all the booked lessons have been done, you forfeit your payment. However I will carry over your payment if your discontinuation of lessons is only temporary and I have been given plenty of notice (at least 24 hours notice), e.g. if you are going away for a couple of weeks and need to stop lessons just for those two weeks.

If I need to cancel a lesson myself I will aim to rearrange the missed lesson or carry over your payment to cover the next lesson if you have paid in advance. If it is not possible to rearrange the lesson or carry over your payment to the next lesson I will refund you if you have already paid in advance. I do not charge for lessons that I have cancelled myself. So, if I cancel a lesson which you have not yet paid for, you do not need to pay for that lesson. You will only need to pay for subsequent lessons.
