PDF download of flash cards for learning to read notes in middle C position.
This is a PDF download for flash cards which can be printed onto A4 paper, cut out, and folded in order to make flash cards with the question on one side and the answer on the other side. I made these especially for several pupils of mine who were needing to learn to read the notes in middle C position, and they have been a great hit and incredibly effective at helping them to learn to read music. I printed the PDF three times: onto white paper, pink paper and yellow paper in order to make more colourful flash cards, and you can see the results in the picture previews above. You can print these onto any colour paper you like, and they are still attractive and effective printed onto white paper.
To make these flash cards:
To make these flash cards:
- Print the PDF onto A4 paper
- Cut out the cards using the black lines as guidance.
- Fold in half horizontally using the dotted red line as guidance. To save time, put several cards together and fold them all at once. You will now have long thin flash cards with a note to name on one side, and the answer shown as a letter name on a piano keyboard diagram on the other side.
Suitable for both children and adults. You can find more flash cards here.
